By accessing, registering on, or using the 100jl03 platform ("Platform", "Service", "100jl03") operated at 100jl03.net, you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"), together with the 100jl03 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to this Agreement in its entirety, you must immediately cease using the 100jl03 Platform. Your continued use of 100jl03 following any modification to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 100jl03 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and 100jl03 relating to the subject matter hereof.

To register and use the 100jl03 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing 100jl03 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 100jl03, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from 100jl03 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion program or regulatory order.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

100jl03 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, or other official documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of 100jl03 services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on 100jl03. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. 100jl03 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address during registration.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.
• You must notify 100jl03 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• 100jl03 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, subject to applicable dormancy procedures and prior notice.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of 100jl03. Verification documents may include a valid government-issued ID (SSS, UMID, PhilHealth, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on 100jl03 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 100jl03 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• GCash — instant deposits and withdrawals for verified accounts
• PayMaya / Maya — instant deposits and withdrawals for verified accounts
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card linked to a Philippine bank account

100jl03 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Any attempt to deposit via prohibited methods will be declined and returned to the originating account.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are as published on the 100jl03 Platform and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. 100jl03 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on any withdrawal request and may request supporting documentation before processing.

100jl03 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

100jl03 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus or promotion on 100jl03, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• 100jl03 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or collusion will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• 100jl03 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed or used in bad faith or in violation of these terms.

All games available on the 100jl03 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, dice, and Playtech Live titles — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

100jl03 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are subject to independent oversight. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 100jl03 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. However, 100jl03 cannot guarantee the restoration of any game session affected by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

100jl03 reserves the right to void any game round or transaction that is determined to have been affected by a technical error, software bug, or any other malfunction that produced an incorrect outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 100jl03 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with 100jl03.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 100jl03 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward 100jl03 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using any third party's account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. Any unauthorized use of 100jl03 Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in civil or criminal penalties. 100jl03 reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 100jl03, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content thereon.

100jl03 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

In no event shall 100jl03's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 100jl03 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

100jl03 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 100jl03 Privacy Policy.

100jl03 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and 100jl03 cannot guarantee absolute security.

100jl03 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 100jl03 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 100jl03 in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 100jl03 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice from you.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 100jl03 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
